Veganism is healthy for body, mind and soul. The only thing you will loose is  your elevated blood cholesterol.

Most of the people believe that Veganism is all about restrictions. But according to my experience, vegan diet actually liberate you from all sort of crazy addictions.

Indians carry this strong belief system in their mind that drinking milk is healthy . While Ayurveda says Milk is one of the five white poison.

Plant-based diet is absolutely healthy diet and there is no doubt about it. Dairy and meat are dangerous.

Veganism is not about self-restraint, its all about freedom. Go Vegan if you care for yourself, for animals, for planet and for humanity.

Hi dear all of you,

I am  from europe, I feel so happy to see that there are so many nice vegan brothers and sisters in India! I love India, have been there quite a few times... but being a vegan in India is difficult because of the dairy products. I feel great hope and joy seing all these beautiful people standing up for what they believe, especially in India, where some habits change slowly and where, the land of chai, curd, paneer, milk is really part of everydaylife. hi friends,

i am charul,i was vegetarian from childhood but turned vegan 3 months back when i came to know about the reality of how the farm animals are being tortured.i love animals and care for them,i want to devote my life to work for them but not getting any organisation or a group to work with.if anybody know about such a group let me know about it.
