Save the Planet

This is a call to save the Planet and the bio system! Energy in to a human body is derived from 1.Air 2. Sunlight 3. Water 4.Exercise/ Workout  5. Rest and 6. Food.

Food is the least of the requirement for  proper functioning of our body or mind. The lesser we eat, the longer we live. If we eat more plant origin food, our life span is extended. It is not just about living long, it is also about a healthy and happy life. Compassion towards every living being is the first and final step to wisdom.

Vegan: so much to know abuot it

I was always a vegetarian; only recently did I come to know about veganism and its mind-boggling to note that there are so many people who are vegans inside and outside India!
