It was pleasure to come across a Website which is dedicated for Vegans. It was very over whelming experience and pleasure to see so many like minded people. 

I not only turned Vegan from last 9 months but also I am a great promoter of Organic Foods  as both of them  brings tremendous health benefits. I have decided to adopt and continue this life style for my life long. To my amazement , I was loosing weight effortlessly , which I was stuggling for many years. I lost 14 Kgs in last 9 months. 

Organic Food production  focuses on saving mother earth , which is being spoiled by use of chemicals and pesticides and ureas. The soil in which crop is being produced loses its fertility day by day and  Farmers have to buy costly chemicals to get more crops out of their fields. And to do so they borrow money and when they are not able to payback they commit suicide.

My humble request to all my Vegan Friends is, start eating Organic Food and Vegetables and help Save Earth, Environment, Farmers and ofcourse it has great great health benefits ,as it is the most purest form of Food, that you must eat.


Vegan Food based approaches has made me realise what cruel act are being performed on poor animals for just satisfiying some inhuman desires in the name of Protins and calcium and what not.

Vegan Foodie in Mumbai


As a former non-Vegan foodie who has savored 17 different cuisines around the world, I finally decided to clean up my act and accept the Vegan life, just the way nature intended.

I like to believe that being Vegan does not involve suffering through boring meals or lifeless salads. I cook, experiment and encourage chefs in restaurants to explore conventional dishes with plant-based alternatives. 

If anyone is in Mumbai or visiting Mumbai, feel free to give a shoutout for vegan support, recipe ideas, grocery shopping tips or sharing a meal at a vegan-friendly restaurant. When it comes to food, I am always game for new experiences.
